Firewood is not allowed on Wisconsin State Park or Forest properties from out of state or from more than fifty miles away from the property you are going to. Also, firewood that has been in the Wisconsin Emerald Ash Borer quarantined area http://www.emeraldashborer.wi.gov/pdf/Wisconsin Emerald Ash Borer quarantined area.pdf is not allowed on properties outside of the quarantined area. Please buy firewood nearby or at the property you are going to. Call the DNR toll-free Firewood Hotline 1-877-303-WOOD (9663) for information before packing up for a trip. Reservations from 04/01 - 11/02 each year.

• Setting up your camp site is not allowed between 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
• All campers must stop at the park office to register.
• All vehicles and wheeled units must be parked on the paved driveway.
• Sites are limited to 2 vehicles.
• Vehicle admission stickers are required in addition to camping fees.
• PETS must be on a leash, no longer than 8 feet and under your control at all times.
• Pets are restricted to certain areas.
• No generator use allowed in the park.

• 2010--shower and flush toilet facilities will open Friday, April 16, 2010

  October 17, 2009, Halloween in the Park: Guided candlelight hike, pumpkin carving, crafts, star gazing, and entertainment around the campfire. Children may dress in costume. Sorry, pets are not allowed on the hike or in the shelters, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
  October 31, 2009, Camper Halloween: Campers frequently decorate their sites for this event. Campground roadways will be closed to motorized traffic from 5-8pm Saturday night to allow trick-or-treating. This event frequently brings large crowds to view the displays.

Reservations cannot be cancelled online.

The double sites at Kohler-Andrae are 52 and 54, 59 and 61, 77 and 79, 90 and 92, and 100 and 102. These sites share the parking pad with the adjoining site. Motorized vehicles and wheeled camping units must remain on the paved parking area.

Kohler-Andrae State Park is located 3 miles east of I-43, on the shores of Lake Michigan, just south of the city of Sheboygan. The park is approximately 1 hour from Milwaukee, and 3 hours from Chicago. Use I-43 Exit 120. Travel east on County Trunk V into the park.
