Firewood Notice: Firewood is not allowed on Wisconsin State Park, Trail or Forest properties from more than 10 miles away from the destination campground, unless it is certified by WI DATCP. The certified wood has been processed to kill harmful pests and diseases they may have hidden inside.
In addition, firewood that has been in a Wisconsin EAB quarantined area is not allowed on properties outside of the quarantined area. Please buy firewood nearby or at the property you are going to. Call the DNR toll-free Firewood Hotline 1-877-303-WOOD (9663) for information before packing for a trip.

Horse sites are restricted to use by campers with horses.

HORSE GROUP CAMPING rates: $40.0 for 1-20 people, $60.0 for 21-30 people, $80.0 for 31-40 people, $100.0 for 41-50 people, $120.0 for 51-60 people, $140.0 for 61-70 people, $160.0 for 71-80 people, $180.0 for 81-90 people, $200.0 for 91-100 people, $220.0 for 101-110 people, $240.0 for 111-120 people, $260.0 for 121 people and over.

This is a large group tent site and is not intended for single family occupancy. Check-in/registration is at Whitewater Lake Entrance Station. Vehicles, wheeled camping units and trailers are restricted to the parking area at each site. A minimum of one adult leader required for every 10 juveniles. Setting up a campsite is not allowed between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Vehicle admission stickers are required.



This partially shaded site has a grassy surface. Site services and amenities are tether posts, firering, and picnic table; vault toilets in the loops. The campground has a horse shower, manure deposit stations and easy access to the horse trail.
