Cancellation Policy

Before you make your reservation, please review the rules and regulations for camping at Wisconsin State campgrounds.

Fee Information
Payment in full will be charged to your credit card upon completion of this transaction.

If you choose to make a reservation, any unconfirmed or confirmed reservation will be charged a non-refundable reservation fee of $9.70. Please allow up to 24 hours after a credit card payment for your reservation to be confirmed.

Changes to a reservation must be done through the reservation center by calling 1-888-947-2757. A non-refundable fee of $5.00 will be charged for changing the site or the start date or shortening the end of your reservation. Changes to all the dates of your reservation will result in a cancellation and re-booking of your site with applicable charges of $5.00 cancellation fee and $9.70 reservation fee

If you choose to cancel an unconfirmed or confirmed reservation, you will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of $5.00 as well as the non-refundable reservation fee of $9.70, even if you have not paid for the reservation.

• 48 hours or more before 3:00 PM CST on the reservation start date, all camping/electrical fees will be refunded, less the nonrefundable reservation fee and the cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours prior to 3:00 PM CST on the reservation start date, all camping/electrical fees will be refunded, less one night's use fee, the nonrefundable reservation fee, and cancellation fee.
• After 3 p.m. on the reservation start date only nights remaining in the reservation period will be refunded, less the nonrefundable reservation fee and cancellation fee. To be eligible for a refund for a given night, you must notify the campground office by 3 p.m. on that day.

Additional Information:

Customers will not be allowed to extend the departure date of the reservation until arrival at the park. Extensions will be made at the park if the site is available.

CHECK IN: Customers who do not check in and occupy their site before 3pm the day after the arrival date will forfeit the site.

MAXIMUM STAYS: for stays in the 2006 camping season, the maximum length of stay is 14 days for all WI parks.
